1. - With a good business plan, a web site will help you one way or another. It all depends on what
you mean by "help".
2. - On average, I will create 5 web page in a week. That's 7 days and not 5 business days. If you
add cgi scripts, more graphics and more text it will take longer. It all depends on the type of web site you request.
3. - For a small web site, the full fee is required before I begin your web site. A small web site is 15
pages or less. 50% of full fee is required for a larger web site. The remaining 50% is required
during completion of the site. I prefer to work on smaller web sites.
4. After I build your web site, it's up to you to answer your own email.
5. The web site will look professional with the ability to upload as fast as possible. You can suggest
the color scheme with ideas about what you would like to accomplish for the web site. I avoid
using FLASH, because it makes a visitor wait longer for the first page to appear.
6. Sorry, I only create web sites in relation to an order for a client. The main reason to select me as
a web designer is because of my low prices and customer service.
7. Yes. Matter of fact, adult web sites are more interesting to create. If your server (or host) does
not mind your type of web site, then I can build the web site for you. I do not create web sites
that are NOT acceptable by your host.
8. Troublshooting or debugging a CGI script is something I avoid. I can update your web site with a
completely new design. However, your current CGI scripts must work before I help you.
9. No. I will add, "designed by LakeviewPrint.com" at the bottom of a few pages, but not all the web pages on your web site.
10. My rates/fees are not based on hourly rates. If I did charge an hourly rate my fees would be to expensive.
11. Everything you need to know is on this web site. However, if you have a specific question feel free
to email me directly. Just be specific with your question.
12. No. I outsource to other companies for services and products. Whenever, I say "we" I'm referring
to those specific companies and Lakeview Print.
13. I suggest you find another web designer. Payment is required upfront. If it's a large web site, only
50% is required upfront and the remainder is required during the final touches are made to the new site.
14. If you want a large web site and you can only pay 48% now ... I can accept that right now. However,
with small web sites the rates are non-negotiable.
15. Sorry. I don't work from templates. On a professional level, the idea of displaying templates is
similar to leaving the bank unlocked, while you go to lunch. It's not a wise idea.
16. Read answer to question 5.
17. Yes. If you email me photos to be displayed on the web site, the photos must be clear. Poor quality
photos make the whole design look bad.
18. I firmly believe people should be compensated for their time/labor.
19. Web site are uploaded to servers. Professional web sites use servers that require a monthly fee.
At the same time, if your web site is small you can get by with a free server. If you need a form page to take orders, you will need to use a server that requires a monthly fee.
20. I can update an entire web site, but not edit a few items in a pre-existing web site.
21. Payment is required before I build a web site. I'm sure your venture income project is sound, but this
is a firm rule.
22. The more pages you request for your web site, the less you pay per page. Visit my web page that list all the rates for each service.
23. You will need to find your own domain name.
24. I suggest you talking to your boss, after sending me any un-answered questions. Be specific with your questions.
25. No Thank You.
